You can order from our all-day dining menu anytime between 11am and 8pm. Our executive chef, Kathy Tindall from Hilton Surfers Paradise, has curated our menu with inspiration from cuisines all over the world. High Tea

Our Signature High Tea is available every day from 11:30AM to 3:00PM and for an extra special touch, try our Par-Tea High Tea.

At Ms Margot's, we want our guests to relax, indulge and connect and our High Tea is the perfect way to do just that. Indulge in a selection of savoury treats, including our popular soft-shell crab bao, pumpkin arancini and halloumi with pickled fig.

And for those with a sweet tooth, we have macarons, chocolate salted caramel cups, freshly baked petite cakes and scones.

To quench your thirst, we offer a premium selection of Dilmah Vivid Tea and barista-made Vittoria coffee with our Signature High Tea. And for our Par-Tea High Tea, you can also enjoy a glass of Heidsieck & Co Monopole Champagne.
